Based at Trent Lock in Derbyshire, Cherilton Narrowboats has Graham Ford at the helm. Graham is a time served, City and Guild qualified, engineer. For the past 27 years, he has also been designing and making furniture. Graham brings his furniture-making skills to his boatbuilding.

Graham has, for many years, specialised in producing bespoke furniture in oak and various other timber types, making furniture for bedrooms and kitchens.

Graham's expertise and knowledge are reflected in his fitted narrowboats, he crafts his furniture to fit within the confines of a narrowboat, giving the impression of space, whilst maximising storage opportunities.

Graham works from his purpose-built, covered workshop and dry dock, enabling him to offer a well-equipped one-stop shop for all of your needs.
