Trent Lock Dry Dock.

We have been based at Trent Lock Dry Dock since 2018 located on the Erewash Canal, the Trent Lock Dry Dock is a water-based workshop which has been on the Erewash for centuries and will comfortably accommodate wide beams, barges and narrowboats up to 70' in length.

We continue building our bespoke boats at The Dry Dock and utilise the undercover area for quality boat painting.

The dock is available for hire for DIY use or we can provide a complete blacking service for you, prices start at £10 per foot for bituminous blacking. 

The dry dock is able to take boats of up to 14ft x 70ft or two narrowboats side by side.

As the dock is undercover topside repairs and maintenance can be carried out whatever the weather.

We can also undertake hull blackings, grit blasting and 2 pack coatings.
